Mobile Proxy Configuration

Set up proxies on your mobile device for testing or privacy.

TL;DR: Configure in WiFi settings on both iOS and Android. Proxy applies to WiFi connection only.

iPhone/iOS Setup

  1. Settings > Wi-Fi
  2. Tap (i) next to connected network
  3. Scroll to HTTP Proxy
  4. Tap Configure Proxy
  5. Select Manual
  6. Enter:
  • Server: proxy.nobleproxy.com
  • Port: 8080
  • Authentication: On (if required)
  • Username: your_username
  • Password: your_password
  1. Tap Save

Android Setup

  1. Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi
  2. Long press connected network
  3. Tap Modify network
  4. Tap Advanced options
  5. Under Proxy, select Manual
  6. Enter:
  • Proxy hostname: proxy.nobleproxy.com
  • Proxy port: 8080
  1. Save

Notes

  • Proxy only works on WiFi, not cellular
  • Some apps may bypass proxy
  • Authentication prompts may appear
  • Test with browser first

Apps with Built-in Proxy

Some apps support proxy directly:

  • Firefox for Android
  • Telegram
  • Various VPN apps

Configure within app settings for better control.
